Free Listings for Pennsylvania Events

For events that take place in the state of Pennsylvania
with vendors and/or of interest to artists, crafters and/or collectors.

NOTE: We only accept free listings for events that take place in Pennsylvania - and we do our best to list only events with vendors such as art and craft shows, vendor shows, fairs, festivals, trade shows, business expos, flea markets, antique shows, collector events, community yard sales, etc.

If you would like to reach a Pennsylvania audience for an event that takes place in a neighboring state or advertise an event that does not qualify for a free listing, please consider a Display Ad (discount for events that run only one day/week in a year!)

PLEASE NOTE: We do not have the resources to create and maintain numerous free event pages for a single art gallery, auctioneer, or business. It is impossible for us to keep up with every gallery's exhibits and every auctioneer's auction. We also do not make a separate event page for a sale that a business may be having, a home party that a vendor or crafter may be having, or a garage or yard sale that one person may be having - unless the sale or event allows other outside vendors, artists, crafters, etc. to participate.

• Our events pages are for public events that would include outside vendors. 
• Listings for yard sales must be town-wide (not individual sales.) 

We DO want to help promote your business - so please place a free business listing for your gallery or retail business or home party business which will be placed in our other directories. Make a note in the description you provide in your free listing to check your Website for schedule of exhibits and special sales, open houses, etc.

We reserve the right to refuse listings that are not relevant to our Website, to place and/or modify listings to conform to our page layout and policies, as well as correct spelling and punctuation.

Please! Do not type in all capital letters. Use sentence case - not CAPS.
Posting of your event listing will be delayed if we have to re-type it.

NOTE: When you click on the "submit" button, the information goes to our mailbox and NOT automatically posted to our Website. We then review your submission and create a separate Web page for your event! This can be time-consuming for us, so it can sometimes be a week or so before we get to your event (especially during busy times of the year.) Thank you for your patience.

Second Note: We are extremely pleased with the traffic/visitors PaVendors enjoys (averaging 150,000 visitors a month!) Free listing requests for both businesses and events are pouring in! In order to save time, we do not send verification emails after posting a free listing.
